Distance Education Course: The life and times of Nehemiah provide the basis for study in this introductory leadership course.
Course Description: The IBOLT course Nehemiah is based on Christian leadership insight and principles as evidenced by this remarkable Old Testament leader. TheNew American Commentary on Ezra, Nehemiah and Esther by Mervin Breneman is used by both the course developer and by the student to unearth these principles. The Principle of the Path by Andy Stanley is used for its practical application of the leadership principles Nehemiah gives us. The sub-title captures the essence of this course. Author Andy Stanley suggests we must start living in the right direction with “the principle of the path”.
