Distance Education Course: Emotional intelligence in relationships provides essential skills for effective relationships in the work and ministry environment.
Course Description: Mature and emotionally intelligent relationships are an important element for developing and maintaining effectiveness in Christian ministry or any other work environment. Developing an accurate awareness of self and the social context are important skills to capture in this practicum course. Students will examine and practice implementing strategies for fostering healthy and meaningful relationships in their context.

Janes lives in Newfoundland where he is the Managing Editor of Good Tidings, the official publication of The Pentecostal Assemblies of Newfoundland & Labrador, & Archivist with the denomination. He and his wife, Sherry, live in Bay Roberts with their children, Krista & Christopher, & their border collie, Madisyn.
