This certificate includes introductory level courses in psychology, counseling, and practical skills. Coupled with these are foundational biblical and theological studies that enable students to understand the human condition and incorporate biblical truth in practical skills.
While this program does not lead directly to accreditation or a professional career as a counselor, it does provide the foundations in this field that are required for further training and will equip the student with some basic skills that can be used in informal settings.
